I've always wanted to run a marathon provided I keep up with my running!
Kate is an Assistant Solicitor in our Private Client Department specialising in Wills, Probate, Tax Planning, Wealth Preservation and Contentious Probate matters.
Kate originally qualified as a Barrister in 2006 and went on to cross-qualify as a Solicitor in 2009. Kate went to school in Coventry and obtained her degree from Warwick University before embarking on the Post-Graduate Diploma in Law at The College of Law in Birmingham and then moved to London to study the Bar Vocational Course.
After completing the Bar Vocational Course, Kate worked as an assistant to Sir Christopher Staughton, a retired Lord Justice of the Court of Appeal, at 20 Essex Street Chambers before assisting all of the Arbitrators in Chambers. Kate then went on to work for a Legal 500 firm in the City in their prestigious Private Client Department and has since gained a wealth of experience in this area of law.
Kate moved back to Warwickshire in November 2009 swapping her City life for “the good life” and she now enjoys looking after her garden and keeping chickens.
