Neil qualified as a solicitor in 1994. He joined the firm in 2004 and became a Partner in 2007. Neil specialises in all aspects of Commercial Property work and deals with properties anywhere in England and Wales, advising his clients on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and re-mortgages. In particular, Neil acts for a number of clients in the public house, restaurant and hotel sectors and is himself the holder of a Personal Licence.

In addition to working in private practice, Neil has been a Visiting Lecturer in Commercial and Residential Property Law at Birmingham City University.
